RATE CONDITIONS

Flexible Rate – Advance Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking.

In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: full refund net of bank charges of €20.00.

In case of cancellation up to 4 days before arrival, a voucher of equal value will be issued, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

In case of late cancellation or no-show, the penalty is the full amount with no possibility of refund.

City tax is not included and will be paid directly at the property.

• Later cancellations or modifications: penalty equal to the full amount
